The Edington Subdivision is a 240-acre project located on the edge of Moscow across from the University of Idaho Arboretum. It offers stunning views of the rolling hills of the Palouse. It will feature 30 larger sized lots that will be perfect for single family homes and 73 lots for townhouses and row housing. There will be an alley system with garages placed behind housing in order to mitigate traffic and build community amongst neighbors.
