With EMSI buying their old lot, St. John Hardware moved to the border of Moscow, ID and Pullman, WA off of WA-270. Their new location includes a retail showroom and separate tractor repair and maintenance facility, totaling about 30,000 square feet combined. Germer Construction performed excavation and site work for the project.
