Building: WSU Digital Classroom

Completion Date: Summer 2017
The Digital Classroom Building will enable faculty to use the most innovative technology in a state-of-the-art facility to help motivate students to engage deeply in learning. The four-story, 83,295 square foot building is designed for maximum flexibility allowing spaces to be configured for learning across multiple disciplines and reconfigured to accommodate changing needs. It will include both formal and informal learning spaces for small- and large-group learning.

Building: WSU Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center
Contractor: Absher Construction
Location: WSU Campus; Pullman, WA 99163
Completion Date: Summer 2017
Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center exemplifies a strong commitment to institutionalizing diversity as an important core value at Washington State University. This center will help broaden the academic experience for the campus community, while remaining cognizant of the research and practice that focuses on academic excellence for a diverse student, faculty, and staff population. This is a 16,000 square foot design-build project designed by GGLO.

Building: Gritman Medical Office Building (MOB3)
Contractor: Sprenger Construction
Location: Moscow, ID 83843
Completion Date: Summer 2017
The three-story building will be approximately 54,000 square feet. Once operational, this new medical office building will greatly expand medical services offered on the Palouse. Gritman Medical Center is a non-profit, people-focused, community-driven organization that provides excellent and compassionate healthcare for the people of its communities. Gritman Medical Center has received national recognition for its leadership, patient satisfaction, and customer service.

Building: WSU Veterinary Medical Research Building
Contractor: Lydig Construction
Location: WSU Campus; Pullman, WA 99163
Completion Date: April 2013
The Veterinary Medical Research Building (VMRB) provides 77,250 net SF (approximately 128,000 gross SF) located within the Research and Education Complex on the Pullman campus. The building will provide state-of-the-art biomedical research and support space for the health science teaching and research programs at WSU. A vivarium is also included to provide modern animal holding facilities for gene targeted and knockout animals, as well as to provide essential quarantine space and specialized environmentally controlled space for biomedical research.

Building: Palouse Business Center
Contractor: Kevin Kirkman – KIP Development
Location: Pullman, WA 99163
Completion Date: May 2014
Palouse Business Center is a 43-acre business park development consisting of 21 commercial lots. Conveniently located adjacent to Pullman Regional Hospital. Well suited for corporate office, medical, health care, flex-tech, retail uses and mixed-use residential. Also, included for the benefit of all is a new City of Pullman turnkey park and new bike and walk paths.
